Recipe: (Serves 10-14 -or however you like to cut it!!)
Ingredients:
2 large peeled sweet potatoes
1 can of chickpeas water
1/2 cup of ground almonds
1/2 cup of raw cacao powder
1/2 cup of almond flour (or coconut/oat/flour of choice)
1/4 cup raw cacao nibs (or substitute for dark chocolate chips ;))
4 tbs of maple syrup
2 tbs melted coconut oil
2 tbs of almond butter (optional)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of sea salt
Steps:
Preheat oven: 350 F and line with parchment paper, or grease tin.
Food process, Grind up 1/2 cup of almonds,
Food process: 2 large skinned, and chunked then steamed for 15-20’ +10 dates
Cook 45-50’ or until desired (use fork to test)
Let sit 10’ before cutting to set and drizzle a tiny bit of maple syrup on top!
