Ingredients:

  • 2 cups arugula

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 cup romane/ mixed greens

  • 1/2 red onion diced

  • 1 pepper

  • parsley/cilantro

  • alfafa/sunflower sprouts

  • tomatoes

Orange juice vinaigrette

  • 2-3 tbls orange juice (Fresh preferred)

  • 1 tbls olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • salt & pepper to taste

Bean bowl

  • Diced plain tofu

  • Lentils

  • Green split peas

  • Dressed with liquid aminos (AMAZING), salt & pepper
